Returns

Returns may only be made by mail. The return window for an online purchase in the United States is 14 days after date of delivery. The orders made outside of the United states are final. We do not accept returns of orders made internationally.

Returns must be in perfect saleable condition with the original undamaged packaging including but not limited to the dust bag, and wooden box. The product and packaging condition of the return will be analyzed by our expert staff. If the condition does not meet our standards no refund will be given. Products or packaging that has been altered will not be returnable. A refund may only be made in the same currency as the original purchase.

Please return your order in its original box and thoroughly protect and seal the package to maintain the mint condition of the product. If the order is not returned in 14 days of delivery date, the return will not be accepted and there will be no refund. Please request a tracking number and drop-off receipt for your package delivery back to Desperado Soul to insure a refund incase the package is lost in transit or delayed because of weather or holiday.

You will receive e-mail confirmation when return has be issued.

Returns will be handled and inspected 3-5 days after date of delivery to our warehouse. The inspection process will be extremely thorough and complete while being conducted by our expert staff. This is done to ensure mint condition of product and expose any chance of counterfeiting. If the product and packaging pass our inspection an e-mail confirming the refund will be sent to the email address on file. The refund will be issued via the original form of payment. Please acknowledge a 7-10 business day period for the refund to post in your account.

Delivery

United States Delivery

Free ground delivery on all domestic purchase orders.

Expedited orders are available. The expedited cost will vary based on time of place of delivery.

Desperado Soul does not offer the ability to cancel an online purchase.

We ship all orders Monday-Friday from our Arizona warehouse. These shipping dates exclude holidays. Orders with overnight delivery must be placed before 11 am Arizona time (MST all year). Any unexpected or uncontrollable delays incurred by e.g.: holidays, weather, etc. will not result in a refund of the express shipping cost.

Items will be shipped depending on volume of order and availability.

Please note, to ship your orders to a secure location. Desperado Soul is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Desperado Soul requires an adult signature on all packages upon date of delivery.

International Delivery

Desperado Soul offers free delivery on all international orders listed on our checkout tab. Except for Belgium, Germany, Australia, and Austria. These countries will be charged for shipping only. For inquiries about orders to countries not listed please contact us via email info@desperadosoul.com.
